The Service allows authorized construction-site workers and field agents to communicate with the LK agent through SMS and MMS.

Users may send text messages, photos, and other site information to the Service. The LK agent receives and acknowledges these submissions and uses the information to create and update daily construction reports.

2. Authorized Users

The Service is intended solely for authorized users who have been permitted by their organization to use the construction reporting system.

Users must use the Service only for legitimate business and construction-site reporting purposes.

3. Message Content

Users may submit information relating to construction-site activities, including:

• Work performed;
• Site conditions and updates;
• Worker and crew information;
• Equipment information;
• Incidents or issues;
• Photos and other site media; and
• Other information required for daily construction reporting.

Users are responsible for ensuring that submitted information is accurate and appropriate for the intended reporting purpose.

4. SMS/MMS Communications

By participating in the Service, authorized users consent to the exchange of SMS and MMS messages necessary to support construction-site reporting and related business communications.

Message frequency varies based on construction-site activity and reporting requirements.

Message and data rates may apply depending on the user's mobile carrier.

5. Opting Out

Because this is an internal business service, users who no longer wish to participate should contact Ubiquify Digital LLC at hello@ubiquifydigital.com to have their access or phone number removed from the Service.

Where supported, users may also reply STOP to discontinue SMS messages.

6. Prohibited Use

Users may not use the Service for unlawful activities, spam, harassment, unauthorized marketing, or any purpose unrelated to authorized business operations.

7. Privacy

Information collected through the Service is handled in accordance with our SMS/MMS Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS/MMS content. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
